When we survey a site for CCTV, intruder alarm or access control, we look at the network at the same time — camera positions, PoE budget on the switch, where access points need to sit for coverage. It's part of the same design, not a separate quote from a separate contractor.

Most modern IP cameras run on Power over Ethernet — one cable carries both power and data, so there's no separate power run to each camera. We design your switch and cabling around this from the start.
Yes. Depending on distance and line of sight, this is done with additional access points over cabling or point-to-point wireless links back to the main network.
Yes, UniFi is one of the platforms we use for commercial Wi-Fi and switching, giving centralised management across multiple access points and switches from one controller.
Both. New fit-outs get containment and cabling designed in from the start; retrofits are planned around minimising disruption to a building that's already in use.
