Planned preventative maintenance

Keep your systems compliant and performing

Annual maintenance contracts for CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms and access control across South and West Wales. Priority call-out and written inspection reports on every visit.

Why maintain?

A neglected system isn't a working system

Security and fire systems contain batteries, sensors, detectors and signalling components - all of which degrade over time. A system that hasn't been serviced may fail silently, leaving you with no protection and potentially invalidating your insurance.

Regular servicing keeps your system working as designed, keeps police URNs active for NSI-approved systems, and ensures your insurer's requirements are met. It also catches small faults before they become expensive failures.

  • Maintains NSI approval and police URN eligibility (CCTV & alarms)
  • Satisfies insurance requirements for maintained systems
  • Catches developing faults before they cause failures
  • Written inspection report on every visit
  • Priority call-out response for contract customers
  • Fixed annual cost - no surprise charges

Existing system?

We can take over your current maintenance

Unhappy with your current maintenance provider? Not receiving an inspection report after each visit? We regularly take over maintenance contracts from customers who feel let down by other companies.

We'll carry out an initial survey of your system, issue a condition report, and set up a maintenance contract going forward. In most cases we can keep your existing equipment and simply improve the level of service.

  • Initial survey and written condition report
  • Takeover from any existing provider
  • Works with most makes and models of equipment
  • NSI compliance reviewed and restored if needed
